We offer returns and exchanges on full-priced ‘as new’ items. Our returns period is 30 days from receipt of your order. Please note that refunded and credited amounts do not include original shipping costs.

Your order delivery time is dependent on what delivery service you select. Standard shipping within Australia has an expected delivery time of 3-5 working days depending on your location. Express shipping has guaranteed next day delivery if your address is within the metropolitan area. If your address isn't in the metropolitan area, express shipping can take 2-3 working days.

Afterpay is available for our Australian and New Zealand customers. Afterpay offers simple payment plans, allowing a purchase to be paid for in 4 equal instalments, due every fortnight, interest free! Simply choose Afterpay as your payment method at the checkout. First-time customers will need to provide payment details as usual, while returning customers simply log in to make their purchase.

Afterpay charges no interest for their instalment plans. If you make payments on time, you'll only ever pay the price of the item you've purchased. Late or unpaid payments are subject to a late fee, payable to Afterpay.

Due to the nature of an online store, our stock is continuously selling and so we are unable to hold or place stock aside for orders.
